So I’m sitting here zoned listening to Mr. Ocean thinking about shyt…

Like its crazy to think that there are so many amazing women out there in this world that are sad and alone because they haven’t found their knights in shining armor…

It pains me to know that men rather settle for an easy piece of ass with no value than to actually put in work to win his queen’s heart.

Like this shyt just doesn’t make any sense to me.

so… it’s been awhile since I wrote my thoughts down and a lot has changed over the past few months.
I no longer walk the streets of Downtown LA alone. I have a little companion named Smokey (aka Smoke amongst a ton of other Janea names for him). he has been a positive addition to my life and I think he showed up at the right time. don’t have much time so i’ll get to the other new and exciting things later.

in other news…

this morning I found myself looking at my 2011 calendar to remember what my world was like a year ago. and I have to admit I’m happy that those days are long gone… crazy how time can change a person.
